We ship to the verified business or laboratory address on the approved account. Residential addresses are not accepted. Address changes require re-verification.

Inspect every shipment on arrival and transfer material to -20°C storage promptly. Report damage, shortages, or discrepancies within 5 business days with photographs of the carton, seals, and packing list.

Store lyophilized material at -20°C, protected from light and moisture. Once material leaves our custody, stability depends entirely on the purchaser's storage conditions.

International orders are reviewed case by case. The purchaser is the importer of record and is responsible for duties, taxes, customs documentation, and compliance with all local regulations governing research chemicals.
