Purchasers may not, under any circumstance:

• Resell or distribute materials to consumers or for non-research purposes.
• Represent any material as a therapy, treatment, supplement, or cosmetic product.

Violation voids all warranties and results in immediate and permanent account termination.

We do not provide dosing schedules, reconstitution protocols for human use, administration instructions, or any therapeutic, preventive, or diagnostic advice. Our team cannot answer questions framed around personal use, and such inquiries are declined and may result in account closure.

Purchasing is restricted to verified institutional buyers: research laboratories, universities, contract research organizations, and qualified analytical partners. We verify legal entity name, facility address, and stated research application prior to releasing pricing.

Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to receive research chemicals in their jurisdiction.

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for safe receipt, storage, handling, use, recordkeeping, and disposal of all materials in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law, institutional policy, and accepted laboratory safety practice.

Señor Peppers does not make efficacy claims, publish before-and-after imagery, or produce content implying personal use of any material. Our communications are limited to specifications, documentation, availability, and logistics.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse any order, to request additional verification at any time, and to report suspected diversion of research materials to the appropriate authorities.
