• Verification details: entity type, tax identifier, facility address, stated research application.
• Order records: requested items, quantities, notes, invoices, and shipment history.
• Technical data: authentication events and basic usage logs needed to secure the account.

Information is used to verify buyer eligibility, release gated pricing, process and ship order requests, provide lot documentation, maintain compliance and audit records, and communicate about your account. We do not sell personal information.

Because we distribute research chemicals, we retain buyer verification records, research-use acknowledgements, and order histories for the period required to demonstrate lawful distribution.

We share information only with providers who help us operate: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, payment and invoicing processors, analytical laboratories for lot documentation, and shipping carriers. Each receives only what is necessary.

Accounts are protected by authenticated access and row-level database policies so that account holders can view only their own records. Wholesale pricing is not exposed to unauthenticated or unapproved visitors.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, subject to records we are required to retain for compliance. Contact the wholesale desk to make a request.

We use only the storage necessary to keep you signed in and to hold your in-progress order request in your browser. No advertising or cross-site tracking is used.
